FAQ’s
Do you deliver to any location?
We strive to set up our tents wherever you need them! Delivery within a 15-mile radius is included in the price. For locations beyond this, an additional fee will be calculated based on the distance. Let us know where you’re planning your event, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Are pets allowed in the tents?
We welcome well-behaved dogs in our designated dog-friendly tents, as long as they are kept on a lead. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate other pets at this time.
Do you offer anything other than bell tents?
Yes! We can provide a wide range of equipment and services to make your event unforgettable. If you have specific requirements, get in touch, and we’ll create a bespoke package just for you.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend bringing personal items such as toiletries, towels, and any specific food or drinks you may need—unless you’ve chosen one of our packages that includes these essentials.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we provide discounts for group bookings of three or more tents. Contact us for more details.
What are the cancellation policies?
Bell Tent Bookings – Cancellation Policy
We get that plans can change, so here’s how our cancellations work:
- More than 60 days before your arrival: Full refund, minus a £20 admin fee and any booking platform fees.
- 59 to 31 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- 30 days or less: Sorry, we can’t offer a refund at that stage.
We’re not able to offer refunds for cancellations due to weather, travel delays, illness, no-shows, late arrivals, or early checkouts.
If We Have to Cancel
Sometimes things happen that are totally out of our hands – like extreme weather or other unexpected events (a.k.a. force majeure). In those cases, we sadly can’t offer refunds.
If we ever have to cancel for reasons within our control, we’ll do our best to offer you a similar bell tent or pitch – either during the same season or the next, depending on availability. We don’t offer extra compensation, but we’ll make sure you’re looked after.
